Producer and Host: Lori Schmitt, R.N.

Lori Schmitt is a Senior Marketing Manager of Market Development for the Cleveland Clinic. Lori has over 20 years of healthcare experience. She has written and published articles that have appeared in Nursing Journals, MDNews, as well as Senior publications. As an Associate Faculty of a National teaching organization,  Lori has taught health care professionals in over 25 states. As an elected City Council member in the city of Mayfield Heights, Lori has represented her community on the Commission on Aging, Legislative and Recreation committees. Lori serves on the Board Of Directors for the Golden Age Centers of Cleveland. Lori has been hosting and producing the Senior Connection Show for over ten years interviewing over 900 guests and doing remote broadcasts in over 30 different communities. Guests have included, Debbie Reynolds, Jerry Lewis, Governor Taft of Ohio, Many Congressmen, Mayors and Senior Center Directors in addition to World Famous Cleveland Clinic Physicians. Monthly book reviews have brought us local, regional and national authors.

Barbara Bellin-Janovitz

Barbara Bellin Janovitz is a partner the law firm of Reminger and Reminger. She is a guest co-host the second Monday of every month on the Senior Connection and brings current information on estate planning to our audience. Barbara has also been featured on televised segments of Senior Lifestyles on Adelphia channel 15 in Cleveland, Ohio. Barbara is also on the Board for the Golden Age Centers of Cleveland and has contributed to the success of that organization. Barbara is a recognized authority on estate planning and wills.
